We would like you to read our Purchase & Shipping Terms carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing items (Items) via the Tadah Patterns website (our Website).Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Purchase & Shipping Terms, which constitute the agreement between Lauren Harris trading as Tadah Patterns (A.B.N.86 615 153 458) (we, us, our, or Tadah Patterns) and you.
If you purchase a knit or woven fabric from Tadah Patterns to make nightwear, then you acknowledge and agree that some fabrics and nightwear styles may be highly flammable.
If you purchase a pattern from us for resale, or to produce nightwear and then sell it, then you agree to fully comply with this mandatory Standard.
All purchasers of Items from Tadah Patterns must carry out their own research to determine whether or not any Standards (voluntary or otherwise) apply. If any Standards do apply, irrespective of your geographical location, then you must fully comply with those Standards. Tadah Patterns will not be responsible for any failure of a purchaser to comply with any Standards that may apply.
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Tadah Patterns is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions, please email us immediately.
Any purchase of an Item from Tadah Patterns provides the purchaser with the legal right to use that Item. Any subsequent use of an Item by a third party requires that person to purchase the Item from Tadah Patterns.
If you use an Item purchased from Tadah Patterns to produce an item for sale, then we request that you give Tadah Patterns with sufficient credit for the item by providing in writing “Pattern designed by Tadah Patterns”.
All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
The actual amount that you are charged for your purchase will depend on the international currency conversion that you are charged via your bank.
We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.
Our prices do not include insurance or any secondary attempts to deliver Items to you.
Tadah Patterns accepts payment via PayPal, Stripe and direct bank transfer.
After you make payment for your order, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which confirms receipt of your order.
In the event that Tadah Patterns does not receive cleared funds after 48 hours of you submitting your order, we will email you at the email address nominated in your order to communicate about your payment.
We recognise that protection and safety of information relating to your credit card is very important. Therefore, we provide you with a very safe and stress-free online shopping experience.
We do not store your credit card details at any time so consumer confidence and satisfaction is assured at all times.
Although Tadah® Patterns makes every endeavour to keep our website free from viruses, you (the User) are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our website. You should use your own virus protection software, as we do not guarantee that our website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses at all times.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our website or to your downloading of any content on it, or on any website linked to it.
Where our website contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of those websites or resources.
We process purchases on every Tuesday and Thursday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
Orders will usually be shipped within 72 hours of us receiving payment in cleared funds. We will contact you if your order will be shipped outside of these timeframes.
You are not permitted to pick up your ordered Items.
Shipping will be via Australia Post, Couriers Please or Fastway.
The above delivery services include tracking (with the exception of letter mail) but do not include insurance. Please contact Tadah Patterns if you wish to obtain insurance and, in which case, we will provide you with a quote for that insurance.
We only ship to post office boxes via the Australia Post shipping option.
Shipping to international destinations will be via Australia Post’s Registered Parcel service.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges.
All taxes and customs charges will be your responsibility and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges vary depending on the Country and State of your shipping address. We recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that may be relevant to you. Tadah Patterns is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested or charged during the shipment of your order.

However, there may be times where shipping will take a little longer. We will notify you if this is to be the case. If you have not received your Items within our designated timeframes, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf.
Tadah Patterns may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the Items subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.
You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
Should any Item be missing from an order, please email us with the order number and the item code or product name of the Item you ordered, and we will make the appropriate investigations.
Any requests for a refund will be handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
By agreeing to these Purchase & Shipping Terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to the Tadah Patterns business, including information relating to items, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. Of course, you may contact us at any time to unsubscribe.
The laws of New South Wales, Australia govern these Purchase & Shipping Terms.
